One or two cottages near the beach, sea, and jetty

The small holiday home measures 30 m² and features a large, covered veranda.
It is insulated and available for rent year-round.

You will enjoy a fantastic location just a short walk from the beach and the jetty, the Åhus waterfront, a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and everything else Åhus has to offer.

The holiday home is equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm), a daybed (consisting of two separable mattresses), a dining table, and a TV. There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, and coffee maker.
A gas grill and a kettle-style charcoal grill are provided.

The tenant is responsible for cleaning the holiday home upon check-out.

The rate is 7,300 SEK per week for the 2026 high season. Please include a brief introduction about yourself with your booking inquiry.
The rate is 8,300 SEK per week for the 2027 high season.

Check-in: Saturday at 12:00 PM; Check-out: Saturday before 10:00 AM (or by arrangement).
Primarily available for weekly rentals.

Åhus is a charming and very popular town on the east coast, featuring long white beaches, lovely forest walking trails, and a harbor promenade lined with restaurants.
Åhus is also home to one of Sweden's finest golf courses, Kristianstads GK.
