Family-Friendly Mountain Cabin Edsåsdalen, Åre

Welcome to a fresh and cozy mountain cabin in the heart of beautiful Edsåsdalen, surrounded by nature and offering views of the southern Åre mountains. This fully equipped cabin provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, all year round.

The cabin is within walking distance of the local ski slope, Hedungsbacken, with a lift connecting you to the rest of the ski system. Edsåsdalen is a very family-friendly ski resort, perfect for both beginners and children. For more advanced skiing, Renfjället offers excellent downhill runs and a popular mountain restaurant, Vita Renen, where you can enjoy lunch or coffee with fantastic views.

Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the many well-groomed trails in the valley as well as higher up in the mountains. Ski and snowmobile trails connect Edsåsdalen with Trillevallen, Ottsjö, and Vålådalen, offering endless outdoor adventures.

A sports shop in the village rents out equipment for both alpine and cross-country skiing. During the summer season, nearby Lake Hensjön provides great fishing opportunities. Fishing permits are available, and boats can be rented from the sports shop.

The cabin is located just 20 km from Åre (approximately a 20-minute drive) and close to Trillevallen, which offers a slightly more challenging ski area.

Duvets and pillows are provided for up to 6 guests. Please bring your own bed linen, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels. Cleaning is done by the tenant.
