Welcome to our stylish and welcoming 90 m² apartment in the popular Björnen area of Åre. Enjoy a sunny southwest-facing location with stunning views of Lake Åre and Mount Renfjället – the perfect retreat in every season.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms and offers a high standard throughout, with comfortable beds, tasteful interiors and everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a private sauna, drying cabinet, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a private terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and spectacular mountain views.

For guests working remotely, the apartment offers fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a separate room.

During the winter season, the apartment offers ski-in/ski-out access via a ski trail (snow conditions permitting), with easy access to the Björnen Lift and return skiing via the Copperhill Lift.

The location is especially well suited for families, with large open areas around the property and very little traffic. At the same time, Åre’s world-class skiing, cross-country trails, hiking, mountain biking and restaurants are all within easy reach.

Whether you’re planning an active ski holiday, a summer escape in the mountains or a relaxing stay with family and friends, this is a place where comfort, nature and adventure come together.

Perfect stay in Åre! The cabin is beautifully arranged, fireplace and sauna are 🔥 and we cannot get over the amazing floor to ceiling view of the mountains & lake from living area. It was like staring at living art every day. Would 100% book again for our next stay. Also, the owners provided an invaluable guide to the cabin as well as the ski & local area - it was basically a PDF concierge with all the info we needed for our first time in Åre. Thank you so much for the opportunity to borrow your home for the week!
