Cozy cottage in Särna - for the active or lazy…

Here you can hike, canoe, fish, cross-country ski, downhill ski and snowmobile or just enjoy and laze around in the beautiful nature and surrounding environments.. Close to snowmobile trails, ski trails, downhill skiing, forest trails and Lake Särnasjön.

Our house in Särna is rented out to responsible people when we ourselves are not there.
The cottage has two bedrooms with a total of four beds.
* Bedroom 1: two 90cm single beds
* Bedroom 2: bunk bed

It is also possible to sleep on the sofa or on an inflatable double mattress.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
(One bedroom for the owners' private things)
Guests clean before check-out (cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are provided in the house). We hope everyone appreciates cleanliness and want the cottage to be just as nice and clean for everyone who checks in.

Pets are allowed, but please bring your own pet bed and avoid the animals staying on sofas and armchairs. The house is not too big, but we still welcome 1-2 dog(s) or cat(s).

In the summer you can use our canoe. Explore all of Särnasjön's lovely sand beaches.
In the winter, you can go cross-country skiing behind the house or on the lake (no cross-country track) or drive 3 km to Mickeltempel and use the cross-country tracks there (1.5 - 10 km) for free.
Below the house (approx. 50 m) you can use a bathing jetty in the summer.

The village of Särna can be reached by car in a couple of minutes. There is a grocery store, gas station, church, restaurants and shops here. You can rent snowmobiles in Särna.
Nearby there are more cross-country skiing trails (Kringelfjorden, Idrefjäll), ski resorts (Idrefjäll, Fjätervålen, Himmelfjäll), groomed snowmobile trails, mountains for hiking. Fulufjällets National Park, with Sweden's highest waterfall Njupeskär is 30km away. A moose park (about 15 minutes by car) where you can also go dog sledding in the winter.
