The northern part of the semi-detached house is rented out for shorter stays (minimum 3 nights), weekly, or for longer periods (e.g., monthly). It has 6 beds + 2 extra beds, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor area with beautiful limestone from Burgsvik in southern Gotland.

The house has 2 floors, with a living area of 131 sqm distributed across four bedrooms, a kitchen, two living rooms with TV, and two bathrooms.
- Ground floor: a larger bedroom with two standard beds, spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a spacious hallway
- Upper floor: three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and two bedrooms with 105 cm beds. A living room that also has a sofa bed. One bathroom with shower.
Light comes in from three directions - east, north, and west. A crib and high chair are available. The patio has both a dining table with chairs and a lounge sofa and is accessible from the entrance. The house is located on Södra Kustvägen, which historically was the main road through the village, and many of the surrounding houses date back to the turn of the century.
The Community and surroundings
Klintehamn is located by the sea on the west coast of Gotland, about 30 km south of the main city Visby. It takes about 30 minutes to drive between Visby and Klintehamn. There is also a separate bike path along the entire route. The community is the third largest on the island with about 1,500 inhabitants. Here you will find a grocery store, library with a children's section, Warfholms bakery with tasty bread and buns, several home decor shops, a pharmacy, shoe store, gas station, and restaurants/pubs. Near Klintehamn, there are several beaches and swimming spots as well as the island St Karlsö that is suitable for daytrips.
