Swedish wooden house, a few meters from the beach

Holiday home in Yngsjö near Åhus.

Ideal for children, as the sand slopes gently into the water and then drops off again.

The house is suitable for 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children.

Sharing the house with other adults is not permitted!

The house has 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom and 1 children's room with 2 bunk beds), 1 living/dining room with a fireplace, 1 kitchen with a dining area, and 1 bathroom.

The house is on one level and has a small basement room with a washing machine.

The covered terrace comfortably seats 4-6 people.

There is also a fireplace for cooler evenings.

The property is very large and offers plenty of space for children to play and run around.

Since the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is hardly any traffic (only neighbors).

The house is connected to the sewer system and has a standard toilet in the bathroom (not a composting toilet). It is fully equipped and furnished. Washing machine, shower, towels, bed linen, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, kettle, coffee machine.

Satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, terrace with parasol, table and chairs.

Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the house!

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a hill in the wooded dunes.

The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach is just a few steps away.

There is a small grocery store in Yngsjö (approx. 900 m in summer). A nature park is nearby.

There are many opportunities for jogging and cycling.

A cycle path leads through the forest directly to Åhus.

Åhus has a lovely harbor with small restaurants.

In Åhus, there are three larger supermarkets, pizzerias, bakeries, and small shops. There are two LPG gas stations just outside Åhus.

The best time to travel is from April through well into October!

Security deposit: A security deposit of SEK 1000 is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Minimum stay: 7 days.

Arrival day during peak season: Saturday, July/August, 12:00 PM.

Departure day during peak season: Saturday, 12:00 PM.

Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guest.
