A well-kept holiday home with sleeping space for up to 7 people.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, respectively. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a living room combined with a dining area, and a kitchen fully equipped with dishes and kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and incineration toilet. The house is surrounded by two patios for both morning and evening sun.

A large and sunny plot with the possibility for socializing and playing. On the plot, there is a guest cottage with 4 beds; a sofa bed for two and a bunk bed.

The house is a 15-minute walk from one of Vätö's fine bays with the area's own beach with a bathing jetty, raft, and playground. If you'd rather take a morning dip in the lake, it's only about a 7-minute walk behind the plot.

On the island, there is a grocery store, self-picking of strawberries, Fransson’s Gård with a bakery and meat sales. The house is about 25 minutes from the summer city of Norrtälje with a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and tennis courts. There is also a bus connection from Norrtälje to Vätö with stops at the entrance to the area where the house is located.
