Nice house built in 2017 for rent on Skaftö!

We rent out our nice guest house built in 2017 on Skaftö, West Coast. The house has a high standard and consists of an open area with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed. Sleeping loft with four bed mattresses. Fully tiled bathroom with shower, wc, wash basin and washing machine. Adjacent to the living room is a balcony with awning facing east and next to the entrance there is another balcony facing west.

Access to fiber is available and space for two cars next to the house. If necessary, there is the possibility of electric car charging at a cost of SEK 150/charge.

The house is located next to Rogårdsvik, which is a cozy little community. Grundsund and Fiskebäckskil can also be reached within 5-10 minutes by car, and in these communities there are grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Bus stop is within walking distance.

The area where the house is located is called Gunnesbo and here there are about 100 houses that are used both as summer homes and permanent homes. The nearest bathing place is 150 m from the house and larger bathing places are in Rogårdsvik, where you can walk in about 10 minutes.

It is possible to take several day trips from the house both to Lysekil, Smögen, Nordens ark and much more.

Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant. Cleaning is handled by the tenant and must be approved by the landlord before departure.
