There is a large balcony (approx. 90 sqm) in a sunny location with space for both a sofa group and a dining table which is easily accessed via doors from both the kitchen, the living room and one of the bedrooms. Gas grill available. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and broadband.

Close to sandy beaches in both Ljugarn and Ardre. About 2.3 km down to Vitvär's fishing village, and Folhammar's raukfält in Ljugarn. Padel court and 9-hole golf course are within walking distance. Several restaurants can be found in Ljugarn, 4-5 bicycles are available to borrow.
