Welcome to cozy Villa Charlie, perfect for socializing and with a lovely nature and garden plot of 1600 square meters. Walking distance to a swimming lake surrounded by a beautiful beech forest, also rowing and fishing opportunities. By car you can reach Österlen's sea beaches in about 20 minutes. Nearest grocery store, 9 minutes by car.

The house (140 sqm) is modern with underfloor heating, a wood stove and other facilities and has 8 beds. It is perfectly suited for stays in all seasons. From the living room, a large, lovely terrace spreads out with lounge furniture and a dining area for 8 people. With neighbors at a respectful distance, you experience a pleasant closeness to nature and the plot with the small pond teems with wildlife. Here you can greet pheasants, squirrels and frogs and listen to the chirping of small birds. During the summer months, the cultivation beds attract many pollinators, e.g. beautiful butterflies.

The house is located in a park-like holiday home area where the houses are not very close to each other. In about 20 minutes you can walk to Österlen's largest lake, Gyllebosjön. Here is Gyllebo Castle and a nice swimming area with piers and ice cream sales etc. in the summer. The lake also borders a nature reserve with the opportunity for nice walks and bike rides. In the autumn the beech leaves spread out like a golden carpet, in the spring the ramsons grow densely.

An accommodation in the heart of Österlen: By car in about 20 minutes you can reach both Kivik and Simrishamn and the nearby sea beaches, including Haväng and Stenshuvud National Park. You can reach Sandhammaren in about 30 minutes.

Are you in the mood for something other than sun and swimming? Then Österlen is perfect for you! During the spring, a huge number of businesses come to life here. Along the cozy roads you will be greeted by everything from flea markets, cafes, farm shops and antique shops to fishing ports, apple orchards, galleries and display gardens. Of course, there are also golf courses and a chocolate café where they make their own chocolate. There are also several castles you can visit, if you feel like it.

About the accommodation

Entrance floor: Open botanically inspired floor plan that gives a light and airy impression. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and two bar stools, dining area for eight people, lounge with wood stove, two bathrooms with toilet and shower in each including washing machine in one of them. Two cozy bedrooms - double bed in one and bunk bed in the other.

Upstairs: A larger bedroom with four single beds, with the possibility of making two of them into a double bed. TV room with sofa and two armchairs, two wardrobes and a desk. 55-inch wall-mounted TV, model year 2023, to which you can connect your own mobile phone.

The plot: If you look from the balcony out over the plot, you will see a garden with vegetables and flowers on the left. Straight ahead you have the oak tree that provides shade and where it is good to relax on a bench. To the right is a greenhouse of 24 square meters. The remaining part of the plot contains, among other things, cozy paths and a small pond in a woodland environment. However, the garden is still under construction. But there is a lot of exciting things to discover here, not least for the children!

Bed linen and towels are brought by the guests. Kitchen towels are available. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the house.
