The cottage has a view over the lake Upperudshöljen at Dalslands Chanel and close to the aqueduct in Håverud. There is a separate conservatory and a south facing lawn.

Size: The cottage has 69 +29 m2 and contains a main entrance, a kitchen entrance, kitchen, 2 living rooms (one with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms, 1bath with toilette and bathtub, 1 shower room with a washing machine. The conservatory has infra heating and a nice view over the lake, a table and 6 chairs.

Standard: Normal standard where the kitchen, shower room, bedrooms and living romoms were renovated during 2023. The TV is connected to Chrome Cast, 4G.

The location: The cottage is situated with a view of water and 10 minutes walk from Dalslands Centre where one can find a harbour for touring boats, the Chanel museum and Håverud aqueduct. In the summer season you can also find tourist information, shops, coffee shops and restaurants at the centre. Dalsland art museum is situated approximately 1,5 kilometres from the cottage. The area offers a variety of roads for bicycling and connects to the pilgrim path, a 100 kilometres walking path between Vänersborg, Mellerud, Bengtsfors and Åmål. The area is characterized by rolling landscape with forests, meadows, and water.

The lease of the cottage offers use of a rowing boat (3-4 persons) at a neighbouring harbour (about 1,5 kilometres). Bring life jackets if it is interesting to use the boat. There are also possibilities to rent boats and canoes in the area.

For those who want to explore a wider area there are bus stops close by and the 720 buss serving the Håverud-Mellerud (16 kilometres) route.

Arrival time: Saturday at 3 pm.
Departure time: Saturday at 12 noon.

Keys: Will be handed over by the owner as agreed.

Bed sheets and towels: Not included, bring your own.

Electricity: The electricity meter is checked at arrival and departure. The consumption is charged extra, 3,20 SEK/kWh at departure.

Animals and smoking: Not allowed.

Departure cleaning: The cottage and the conservatory are left tidy and clean before departure. Cleaning materials/tools and an instruction can be found in the shower/washing room. An alternative to the cleaning job is a prepaid cash deposit which is reimbursed if not needed.
