A lovely week/weekend in Dalarna within walking distance to Tomteland and the cross-country track by the house knot. Maybe try the VASALOPPS trails, which are the highlight of the winter in Mora.
The toboggan run for the smaller ones is also less than 50m away.
No slalom skiing in 2024 due to renovation of the facility. However, it is only 40 km to Granberget or Orsa Grönklitt and no further than 80 or 90 km to Kläppen and the rest of Sälen (Lindvallen, Hundfjället, Tandådalen and Stöten).

Celebrate Christmas with a visit to Tomteland and also take the opportunity to experience great cultural treasures around Siljan.

Central Mora 16 km, Leksand 40 km.

Cottage:
2 bedrooms and sofa bed with two beds. Kitchen with basic equipment for self-catering, shower with sauna,
pillows, blankets, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and board games. Everything is according to normal living standards.
Pets are welcome but may not be on the sofa, armchair or the beds.

Smoking indoors is prohibited.


There are five swedish channels on the TV.

You may not charge electric/plug-in hybrid cars at the cabin due to safety reasons. Parking for caravans and mobile homes is also prohibited.

NOTE! Bring slippers for the vinter as the cabin is built on a concrete slab so the floor can be cold.
