SURROUNDINGS:
The house is located in a peaceful and secluded spot at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering a fantastic view of the sea. It is about a 10-minute walk to the marina and a swimming area with a beach and dock. There are great bike paths leading to the Askeröarna islands and Varekil. The nearest stores are ICA Varekil (5 km) and ICA Almö (9 km). Some nice excursion tips are Sundsby Manor, Pilane Sculpture Park, the Nordic Watercolor Museum in Skärhamn, and Slussen. It takes about 20-25 minutes by car to get to the golf courses in Stenungsund, Tjörn, and Orust. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to downtown Gothenburg.
THE HOUSE:
On the entrance floor, you'll find: hallway, Bedroom 1 with a 180 cm bed, Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed, a toilet, living room with a wood stove, and a kitchen with an open-plan layout – dining area (extendable table with 8 seats) and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove with oven, and dishwasher. From both the kitchen and living room, there is access to the glassed-in veranda. In the veranda, there is a large dining table with comfortable armchairs. From the kitchen, dining area, and living room, you can enjoy a sea view. In the living room, there is a large Howard sofa and two comfortable armchairs.
In the basement:
A cozy lounge with a sofa bed (140 cm wide), wood stove, TV, sauna, and shower, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
GUEST HOUSE (Friggebod):
With a sofa bed (160 cm wide).
THE PROPERTY:
Several outdoor seating areas, both with sun and the option for shade under a roof, sunbeds, lounge furniture, and a grill are available.
The property is hilly with a lawn and rocks. On the hill behind the house, you can enjoy the sunset with a breathtaking view of the western sea. There is an outdoor shower where you can shower and enjoy the view at the same time.
Pets:
ONLY upon request (smaller dog that does not shed).
Note: The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including children.

We spent one week in the house of Helena and Mikael. The house has an amazing view from the veranda. Everything you need is available in the house. Outside shower is greatful after the sauna. House is very calm, located at the end of the gravel road. Thanks a lot to Helena and Mikael for their warm welcome it was very appreciated. You can go there eyes shut, you won´t be disapointed

The house is lovely: the view from the patio was beautiful, the outside shower, the quiet, the garden. We spent our mornings and evenings in the patio with all the sliding doors open, or on one of the terraces. We had a wonderful and sunny holiday on the islands with it's nature, culture and food. Mycket trevligt och serviceinriktat värdpar.
Huset har alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter för att göra vistelsen till en av de bättre. Allt var mycket fräscht och städat. Sängarna hade bekväma madrasser och fräscha madrasskydd, täcken och kuddar.
Utsikten var fantastisk över havet från uterummet där vi intog alla måltider. Grusvägen ner till badplatsen på lilla Askerön var kantad av rödmogna smultron. Badplatsen var mycket välskött och inbjöd till bad och krabbfiske.
