Exclusive newly built house with a view of the ocean, Kungshamn and the bridge over to Smögen. A big glassed room where you can sit and enjoy the view even on rainy days. The spacious terrace has sun from morning to afternoon. The glassed room and terrace are heavenly, where you can enjoy both your breakfast as well as your dinner.

In contrast to most houses on Smögen this is well protected from the eyes of the neighbors and situated in a calm area with only 1,5 km to the boardwalk of Smögen. Just below the house you’ll find cliffs with a jetty where you can enjoy a morning dip.

The house has room for 9 people in total, in 3 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 double bed in a separate guest house just outside, with a panorama view of the ocean. In the house there are two newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, 4 gas stoves and 2 induction cooktops and microwave oven. There is a grill on the outside. Wifi is included. The house is fully equipped with the standards for a house.

In the front of the house you’ll also find a playhouse for children.
