Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

Welcome to a small, cosy and modern cottage on the Swedish west coast. A nice modern cottage surrounded by a small birch forest, with a large open and sunny lawn plus a wooden deck with outdoor furniture and grill to use.
Neighbours and the owners house are located at around 100 m from the cottage, but they have no direct view of the house.
The cottage has it's own parking space with room for 2-3 cars. Inside it's recently renovated to a modern standard with modern cooker, fridge, freezer, micro, dishwasher, electric heating, air conditioning for cooling, washing machine, shower and so on. Internet and TV is available with fairly reliable connection. Smoking is NOT allowed indoors.
The house is located at walking distance from the nearest beach suitable for swimming, a 20 minute walk away. Many paths and roads along the coast to explore in the neighbourhood.
The house has 2 beds in a 140 cm wide double bed in a low loft. 2 additional beds in a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. 1 foldable extra bed 90 cm wide, and 1 bed in an old fashioned wooden kitchen sofa ( traditional bed in sweden)
Please note that the house has an open plan, there are no doors! Except for the bathroom of course!
The house has a tenant at the moment, the photos are old and the inside is decorated in a different style now. New photos coming soon.
Sheets and towels are included, but you make the beds yourself!
The house is equipped with a modern incinerating electric toilet, therefore the number of guests is limited to 6 at the time. Babies and toddlers not using the toilet are not included in this number of course.
Pets are allowed. Naturally they must be kept at a leash or indoors at all time. Dogs can absolutely not be let loose at any time.
Dogs, cats, cows and horses are kept by neighbours on all sides, this house is not suitable for people with allergies!
All garbage is sorted according to Swedish laws, instructions can be found at the house.

Distance to Liseberg amusement park 40 km/ 40 minutes with car
Distance to Kungsbacka 15 km / 20 minutes with car
Distance to bus stop 3 km / 50 min walk
Distance to beach/swimming 1 km / 20 min walk, not accessible by car
