Lovely cottage with genuine mountain character

A cabin with genuine mountain character on classic Sångbäcksvallen (Vemdalen/Klövsjö). Wooden walls and floors and a fireplace that add a lovely cozy factor to the cabin. Rental all year round. See calendar for availability.

The cabin has a hall with underfloor heating, separate wc and shower room both with underfloor heating, smaller model washing machine (3 kg) and heated towel rack.

There are a total of two bedrooms with four to five beds. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a bunk bed.

The cabin has a kitchen, dining area, stove, sofa group, TV with basic range of channels as well as Netflix, DVD. The parking lot can accommodate 3 cars. Outlets for engine heaters are available.

The balcony is located in the southwest and from the large natural plot there is a view of Storhogna, Varggransfjället and Vemdalsskalet. Available fiber with Wifi connection in the cabin with a so-called holiday home subscription as standard 2 Mbit. As a guest, you can pay for extra surf yourself via globalconnect.

Towels and bed linen are brought by yourself. The tenant cleans the cottage before departure. Dogs are welcome by in advance agreement. Must not sleep in the beds.

About 100 meters to the snowmobile trail and connecting track to the cross-country tracks. There is a building for household trashes approx. 100 meters from the cottage.

From the top of Sångbäcksvallen you can reach the Klövsjö-Storhogna ski area with downhill and cross-country skiing (4 min from the cabin by car). You can easily park your car there and via Aimo Park app take care of the parking fee.
There is a waffle cottage adjacent to parking. Ski passes can be purchased on site. The same ski pass also gives access to Vemdalsskalet (13 minutes) and Björnrike (30 minutes), so there is a great variety in skiing.

From Sångbäcken, it is close to excellent hiking trails and fine fishing waters. Close to Vemdalen, Klövsjö and about 30 minutes from Björnrike. If you want to play golf, it is 5 km to the golf course in Klövsjö.

Bedroom 1: A double bed, 180 cm, storage above the bed, bedside table, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A bunk bed, 110 cm at the bottom, 80 cm at the top, chest of drawers and wardrobe with hangers.

Shower room with sink, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Floor heating.
Kitchen and living room with dining area for 4-6 people and sofa area (2 extra kitchen chairs and Ikea Antilop children's chair are in the storage by the balcony). Wood-burning stove, TV and exit to balcony.
Hall with hat shelf and shoe bench. Cabinet for storage. Floor heating.
