U betaalt voor deze accommodatie per bank of creditcard als u uw reservering maakt. De huur wordt echter pas aan de verhuurder uitbetaald als u heeft uitgecheckt. Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

Cottage on the outskirts of Brokind about 27 km south of Linköping. In the surroundings there is a continuous lake system with opportunities for swimming, fishing, canoeing and boat trips. Next to the cottage there are extensive hiking areas in the forest and oak hills.
The cottage is an 18th century croft with an extension that has been renovated to full modernity and at the same time preserved genuine cottage character. The cottage has 3 rooms and kitchen + dining place, hall and washroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of utensils. The living room has an old fireplace, sofa group and dining table. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. It is possible to temporarily arrange 2 extra beds in the living room. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are available for the beds including 2 extra beds.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the cottage.
The tenant leaves the cottage in a tidy condition.
Rental period weekly from Sunday at 3 pm to following Sunday at 12 noon.

Efter en vecka i detta lilla torp är vi så nöjda. Trodde att torpet skulle ligga i skogen men trots att det låg i ett villaområde fick vi känslan av skogen. Det var lummigt och grönt med skogen intill. Alldeles tyst och varje kväll kom dovhjortar och betade precis utanför tomten! Otroligt! Vi har upptäckt trakterna runt boendet och hittat vacker natur, kulturella platser, större och mindre samhällen. Torpet var fräscht och hade allt man kunde behöva. Dock behöver man informera om takhöjden som är väldigt låg i delar av torpet, en del av charmen men för de som är längre än oss inte så praktiskt. Tack för en minnesvärd vecka!/Katrin och Mats
