New built at cosy horse farm next to lake

From July 8:th 2023 we let out a stable that has been rebuilt into a lovely, rustic design home. With us, you live on a beautiful farm with sheep, pigs, and horses only 2-3 meters from your house. The large windows give an airy feeling and a good view of the fields and the animals. The house has a modern, open floor plan. On the first floor, you find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room leading straight out to the Terras. On this floor, you also find a fresh bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and a dryer.
A beautiful cast iron staircase leads to the second floor. Here you find a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. In the next space, there is a king-size bed and a large window facing the fields and the forest behind them.
100 meters from the house, across a country road, you find the lake and the rowing boat. Here you also find a path along the shore. Perfect for walking, jogging, riding, and biking. This path is named "Sydostleden". It stretches from Växjö to the coast of Karlskrona. 150 meters from the house you find a nice barbecue area with a small bridge. Here you can sit around the fire in the evenings. There is also a small bridge where you can swim. 2000 meters from the house there is a nice spot for bathing with bridges, a small beach, swings, restrooms, and a dressing room. There is also a special beach for dogs and horses.
Even if the farm is in the countryside it has a very central location: 15 min by car to Växjö and 20 minutes to Tingsryd. Bus stop at 25 meters. Ingelstad village with grocery store, restaurants, health care, pharmacy, padel courts aso 3000 meters. You are close to several tourist attractions and to the "Kingdom of Crystal".
The house has a private terrace and garden facing the south. At the farm, there is also a wonderful patio with an open fireplace and a grill that you are welcome to use. It is built from old brick and has a South European atmosphere.
The farmhouses are placed in a square with a pond and a fountain in the center. One house is for the animals, one house is for us, one is for a permanent guest and the last house is for you. The farm is very calm and peaceful. Therefore, we do not accept guests under 25 years. Dogs are welcome but they should not be on the furniture, and they must be on a leash when they are outside.
We have had summer guests in one other house at the farm in earlier years and we know from experience that it is the children that appreciate the farm the most. There is a chance to ride a horse with a companion and to go on a safari to visit the herd of sheep. Our dog is always open for a football match or a walk and our cat loves to talk to someone that has time to listen. If someone feels like giving us a helping hand, there are often small tasks to be done.
We sell the meat that we produce. If you want to buy some to put on the grill there is often something in the freezer for sale.

Borrow our bikes if you want. We have one for ladies, one for men, and 2 for children age 7-9 yrs. All four bikes are old.

Additional costs:
Rowing boat 300 SEK/week (we have no fishing equipment)
Sheets & towels 150 SEK/person
Riding with a companion 150 SEK for 30 minutes
When checking out, the guests make a rough cleaning of the house according to the checklist in the house. We charge all guests 500 SEK to make a more thorough cleaning.
