We are looking for someone who wants to live in a quiet area with proximity to buses and shops in Burlöv center. Thanks to the new train station, it is easier than ever to get between Malmö and Lund. The house is adapted for a maximum of two people.
Inside the house, you'll find a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, a 60-inch Samsung TV, a TV stand, a dining table with two chairs, and a wardrobe. An extra bed is also provided for your convenience. Additionally, the house is equipped with laundry facilities, internet, water, electricity, and heating, all included in the rental price.
Free parking is available, as well as access to a part of the garden area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private terrace with table and chairs. Please note that the accommodation is pet-free.
