Welcome to our completely newly built summer house of 45 m2 with a perfect location right on the beach! Close to Yngsjö Havsbad and Åhus.
Here you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday in the middle of nature and just a few steps from the sea.
Unfortunately, we do not accept children between 1 - 7 years old due to certain safety risks with the stairs

The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including your own fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, large smart TV and a lovely patio where you can enjoy the summer heat and sea breeze. The sea and secluded quiet beach are only 3 min walk away. In total, there are 5 sleeping places, of which two double beds and one single bed divided between:
Downstairs a double bed of 180 cm and a cozy sleeping loft that is perfect for adults and children, divided into two parts. The double bed is 160 cm and the single bed 80 cm.
The tenant brings his own sheets and towels. Blankets and pillows are available.

Cleaning not included. The tenant cleans himself (equipment available) Can be bought for SEK 1500

The house is on a plot with two other houses where the owners live.

Two adult bicycles are included in the rent. Yngsjö havsbad's kiosk, mini golf and tennis courts are 5 minutes away by bike, and you can cycle to Åhus in just 25 minutes via cycle path. The drive to Åhus is 12 minutes and to Kristianstad 25 minutes.
Parking for one car is available right next to the house. It is possible to charge an electric car with a regular power cord for a fee.

This is an ideal place for couples and families who want a peaceful holiday close to the sea and nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and a variety of other activities such as golf, beach volleyball, kayaking, fishing and much more.

Yngsjö is close to many of Skåne's most beautiful golf courses, with Kristianstad GK only 5 km away which is ranked as one of Sweden's best golf courses.

The area around Yngsjö Havsbad is known for its long sandy beaches and beautiful stretches of coastline, making it a paradise for swimming and beach lovers.
Nearby is also Åhus, with its picturesque old town centre, harbour, many restaurants and cafes serving delicious food and drink.

Österlen is also known for its rich cultural history and beautiful natural areas, and there are many sights and activities to explore. Take a trip to Kivik and visit the apple orchards, experience arts and crafts in Tomelilla or take a day trip to Simrishamn and enjoy its charming harbor and cultural scenes.

För oss två var boendet ypperligt. Skulle vi varit fler än tre hade det känts lite trångt. Då hade bäddsoffan behövt användas på nedervåningen, där det inte gick att dra för alla fönster.
