Old-style cottage at Swedish south coast

The cottage is located in the small village of Ljunghusen south of Malmö. You reach it either by car or train and bus in around one hour from Copenhagen.
It is an old-fashioned, simple summer cottage built by my parents in the 1940s.
Walking distance to the child-friendly Baltic Sea beach. Peaceful location. Close to the small-town idylls of Skanör and Falsterbo in Skåne where you can go by car or by bike on the old railway bank. Walking distance to the Falsterbo canal with boats and fishing. Two bikes. Cycling distance to bakery (1 km) and Höllviken (3 km) with restaurants, shops, library and church. Three golf courses within 10 km; Ljunghusen's, Falsterbo's and Flommen's golf courses. Nearby excursion destinations; Vikingaby (Fotevikens Museum) and Amber Museum
As the house is old and fragile, we are looking for a small, careful family. Maximum four people. No smoking indoors. There is hot water, water toilet inside, hot water shower outside, fridge and freezer, small cooking stove. South-facing patio.
