Cozy villa located just 50 meters from Lake Återvallssjön, where you can enjoy refreshing morning and evening swims. Here, you’ll live surrounded by nature, with close proximity to lakes, sea bathing spots, golf courses, and the archipelago. Stockholm city can be reached in 30 minutes by bus. A bus stop is located 150 meters from the house, with direct connections to Slussen/Stockholm.

The accommodation
The house is spread over three levels.
Basement level: bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room, laundry room, and sauna.

Ground floor: bathroom with shower, living room with a sofa and two armchairs, and a kitchen with a dining table for 4 people plus 2 high chairs for children over 2 years old. Seating for up to 6 people can be arranged.

Upper floor: two bedrooms and an additional living area with a sofa.
Wireless Wi-Fi is available, as well as a TV in the basement with internet access, allowing you to log into your own Netflix or HBO account.

Bedrooms
There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house.

Upstairs:
One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)
One bedroom with two junior beds for children aged 2–6, plus a large single bed (120 cm)

Basement:
One bedroom with a double bed (180 cm)

Ground floor:
One bedroom with a single bed (90 cm)
A travel cot for a baby is also available to borrow.

Ingarö
There are several hiking trails on Ingarö, where you can walk around beautiful lakes and discover your own peaceful spot in nature. The Björnö Nature Reserve offers stunning scenery and beaches, and the lovely sandy beaches Stora Sand and Lilla Sand are just an 8-minute drive away. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a moose.

Aparte slaapkamers – Det finns 3 separata sovrum. 2 st ligger på övervåningen och 1 st ligger i källaren.
Barbecue – There is a charcoal grill on the porch and a bag of charcoal available during the stay.
Broadband – Wi-Fi is available. Passwords etc are in the manual you will find in the house.
Mobiele dekking
Open haard – I källaren finns en kamin samt på övervåningen.
Roken niet toegestaan – No smoking indoors is permitted.
Terras – There is a large porch with dining table and lounge sofa. We have a big garden.
Tuinmeubels – There is a dining table for 6 people and a lounge sofa.
Tv – There is a TV that is connected to the internet (so you can connect to your own Netflix, HBO account)

Beschikbaar in de buurt

Golf – 2.6 km from the house is Ingarö Golf Club. Takes about 4 minutes by car.
Natuurbad – 30 meters from the house is the lake Återvallsjön. Here you will find a beach, jetty, floating jetty and a barbecue area. 8 minutes by car (7.3 km) you will reach the sea with really nice beaches and the Björnö Nature Reserve.
Speelplaats – We have a sandbox and a baby swing
Vissen – At the lake right next to the house, you can fish without a fishing license. The other lakes on Ingarö you need a fishing license.
Wandelmogelijkheden – There are many nice hiking trails on Ingarö.
