ENVIRONMENT
BEACH & Strawberries, just 120 m from the sea, this incredibly airy and cozy cottage is located in its very own little oasis all to itself. Take the bike and walk or cycle 1.5 km on a aml road to Gunneby beach, with sandy beach, toilet and is also child-friendly. On the way to the beach, you can stop at Plantor & Pinaler, a cozy antique/second hand in country style. A must is to visit Lekanders, which is 2.7 km from the cottage. Here you can pick your own strawberries, currants and raspberries according to season. By car, it takes 4 minutes to Tjörns Golf Club & Bistro.

Rönnäng - a nice little fishing village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Rönnäng, which is located at the far end of southwestern Tjörn. There is a cozy bar & restaurant located right by the water, where you can enjoy good food while the boat traffic slowly passes by. In Rönnäng there is also a kiosk, swimming area and a short distance away Ica shop, church, pizzeria and hairdresser.From Rönnäng, the ferry also goes to the car-free islands of Tjörnekalv, Åstol and Dyrön. Exploring these picturesque little island worlds is something you absolutely cannot miss.

Hiking trail - From Kyrkvägen in Rönnäng there is a hiking trail that goes up to Tjörnehuvud. From here you can see Marstrandsfjorden and Marstrands fortress as well as all the beautiful small islands, the view is magnificent.

THE HOUSE - You park the car right outside the door. From the hall to the left is a bright and lovely living room & kitchen. There is a wood-burning stove, armchairs and a sofa for cozy evenings.Adjacent to the living room and the kitchen is the gem of the house: the large, wonderful balcony, there is room for everyone here. Part of the balcony also has a practical roof that protects against the sun. Open the patio doors on a sunny morning and listen to the birds chirping, or when it's raining, pick up a book and enjoy the patter of the roof and the peace...

Inside the living room are three of the bedrooms. One room has a double bed (180cm). The other two bedrooms each have a single bed (90cm).

To the right in the hall is a bright and fresh bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Upstairs is a large sleeping loft with standing height. Here there is a double bed 180 cm and two single beds (90+90 cm).Adjacent to the sleeping loft is a cozy balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area.

Things to do on Tjörn, here there are many genuine archipelago communities. In Skärhamn there are several archipelago restaurants as well as small shops with handicrafts. Here you will also find Klädesholmen's Fish & Seafood with daily catch. Bicycles are very good to have with you especially to Tjörn as they have invested in super nice cycle paths, several of them run along the sea.

Pilane sculpture in Hällene and the Nordic Watercolor Museum in Skärhamn have experiences for both young and old.A creative cultural center with watercolor art from all over the world at the same time that Pilane offers world-class art in the middle of a Bohuslän cultural landscape among graveyards and grazing sheep.

Säby Kile's nature reserve is a wonderful trip, many bird species thrive here that benefit from the rich aquatic life. At Sundsby Säteri you can enjoy something good in the cafe and restaurant. There are also hiking trails and caves in the mountains. Read more about at Tjörn.

Take a trip to Orust, the Pilgrimsleden on Orust is eight miles long and connects eight churches and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island.Tabletop honey farm where you and your children, in a very educational way, can see how the bees live and make honey. You can also buy good coffee and honey caramels here. Right next door is & Tavlebords country store, a market hall where local producers sell their food and handicrafts. A day trip to car-free Gullholmen or Käringön is a must, the ferries depart from Tuvesvik.
