Welcome to our fantastic house in Baskemölla in Österlen! This is the perfect place for a great holiday with your family - with room for 6-8 people there is plenty of space for everyone. Located right on the edge of the community and next to a small forest with a beautiful footpath that leads directly to a wonderful, child-friendly beach with both sand and rocks.

Regardless of the season, there are wonderful hiking trails along the coast, and on the entrance level there is a large hall with a guest toilet.
The kitchen is modernly equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a fridge/freezer, induction hob, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker - and the dining area comfortably seats 6-8 people. The living room is spacious and inviting with a convertible chaise longue sofa, TV and Apple TV - and of course free Wi-Fi is included.

Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. The large bedroom has a lovely double bed and a day bed that can be converted into two comfortable beds. The second bedroom has two adjustable beds, and all beds have fresh mattresses, pillows and duvets. For families with children, there is also a baby bear travel cot, changing table and potty - and you can pull a safety gate for the stairs if you want. For the little ones, there are also small stools in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, and outside there is a large, child-friendly garden with plenty of space for activities, barbecues and relaxation. There is also a conservatory and a patio with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue - perfect for enjoying the summer on.

The house is close to all the attractions that Österlen has to offer, and it is only 3-4 km to the nearest golf courses.
There is also a bus stop in the village that takes you to Simrishamn or north towards Kivik and Kristianstad. Don't miss visiting Rörum (Mandelmanns), Haväng and Stenshuvud National Park - and if you want to take a day trip, you can easily take the passenger train from Simrishamn to Ystad and Malmö (Copenhagen).
