Well maintained holiday home on 1,000m² natural plot in Furuboda with a relaxing and peaceful environment near Yngsjö, Åhus, Brösarp and the gate to Österlen (such as Kivik, Simrishamn and Tomelilla).
The house has an open and airy planning in a living room with a dining area. Hallway, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Toilet with shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Englazed patio. Wooden deck around the house with several possibilities for relaxation, dining or just coffee. There is a Z-high chair. Free wi-fi, smart-TV with an enclosed Chromecast.

Miles wide sandy beach. Nature reserve Friseboda is a part of Sweden's largest coastal dune landscape which reaches from Åhus via Yngsjö and Furuboda down south to Juleboda. Framed by a beautiful pine forest.

Within walking distance you have a restaurant at Furuboda kursgård and within bicycle distance you can reach Darins Gelateria with a cafe ́ and pizza place. In Yngsjö there is a restaurant, miniature golf and naturist swimming spot. With a 15 minutes car ride you will reach Åhus, Degeberga or Brösap. In Åhus there are several food stores such as ICA, Coop and Willy´s. There is also a paddle hall and golf course.

You will always have freshly washed pillows, duvets and bed mattress covers. The rental object shall at departure be left in a clean and perfect condition. If you don't want to clean yourself, you can buy cleaning at Wikkans Puts & Röj AB. I can book your cleaning so we can use the RUT discount. This year the cleaning is priced SEK 1,035.

During high season we let the cottage at a minimum of one week at the time. Swap days are mostly Saturdays. High season during 2023 is 19 June - 3 September. The price is SEK 12,000 per week and SEK 1,715 for subsequent days.

Vi hade en toppenvecka! Vi njöt av stugan, uterummet, den härliga stranden (men kalla vattnet) och omgivningarna!

Fantastiskt läge nära havet! Vi hyrde stugan främst på grund av läget och närheten till havet. Ombonad stuga med stor mysfaktor. Hjälpsamma hyresvärdar som alltid var tillgängliga vid frågor och som var måna om att vi skulle ha all info vi behövde. Hyresvärden hade laddat upp många bilder på stugan i annonsen vilket gjorde att man fick en bra bild av vad man hyrde. Rekommenderas varmt!

Barbecue – Access to a simple kettle barbeque. The area in Furuboda with surroundings nearly always has an open burning prohibition order during high season. We recommend using public fireplaces located by the beach.
