Within walking distance to Köpingsvik's wonderful sandy beaches and Öland's nature very close, is this fine terraced house. The house offers two patios so you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. In the bright kitchen you can gather the family over a dinner and in the nice living room there is plenty of space to watch TV and here is also a warming stove to enjoy if the summer evening gets chilly. Adjacent to the living room is the conservatory, which is ideal for eating what is served from the grill.

The house has four bedrooms, two of which have double beds and two have bunk beds.

In addition to a toilet, sink and shower, the bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. The house also has a guest toilet.

At the back of the house there is a cozy little garden facing west. This private garden is pleasant to stay in for both young and old. The buried trampoline is perfect for our little guests, and if you want to take it a little more calmly, you can settle down in the garden furniture and just enjoy the summer.
