Pleasant cottage perfect for outdoor activities

Discover ultimate relaxation in our modern semi-detached cottage with south-facing wooden deck and scenic view, nestled in the heart of Sweden’s scenic hills and Vemdalen ski-resort. Have direct access to outdoor adventures year-round—cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, hiking, fishing, and snowmobiling are all nearby. The slopes of Klövsjö (top of Katarina lift 1,5 km drive away), Storhogna (4 km), and Vemdalsskalet (10 km) are just a short drive away with supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and golf facilities.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a cosy wood-burning stove, a comfortable lounge area, and a dining table for six. The open kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and has an oven, induction stove (4 burners) , microwave and a large fridge with freezer. There are three bedrooms for up to seven guests, including a double room (double bed with double duvet), a twin room (two single beds), and a triple bunk room. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet and sauna. De laundry room has a washing machine and drying cabinet for convenience. Parking and electric car charging are available right outside.

We hope you will have a pleasant stay. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:
• Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets, as we have allergies.
• Bedsizes: double bed (180-200 cm); two single beds (90-200 cm); familybed (low: 140/90- 200 cm and up 90-200 cm).
• Self-catering: The house is rented on a self-catering basis. This means you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, and tea towels.
• Fireplace: Firewood for the fireplace can be purchased by yourself.
• Cleaning: By departure self cleaning is required. Cleaning products and equipment are available in the house. We kindly ask you to leave the house clean, following the cleaning protocol you will receive.
• Electric car: Would you like to charge your electric car? This is possible on request; costs will be charged separately.
• Wi-Fi & TV: Wi-Fi is available with 300 Mbps. The television works via a built-in Chromecast; you can use it with your own account.
• Snow clearing: The snowplough clears the public road and our parking area. However, we cannot guarantee the situation upon your arrival. Please be aware that you may need to clear the path to the entrance yourself.
