Summer house near sea, big terrace and guest cabin

Welcome to this newly built summer house with a large terrace and a guest cabin. In the guest cabin there are 4 beds and a toilet and shower. The house has three bedrooms with a total of 4-6 beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with washing machine. Perfect for two families or a family with accompanying grandparents.

Outside you will find the terrace of approx. 130 square meters which offers both sun and shade. On the terrace you will find sunbeds, a gas grill and tables. The terrace is protected from view as the house is on a corner plot facing mountains and nature. Part of the terrace is under a roof, which is perfect in rainy or hot weather. There are also 2 hammocks, a swing and a trampoline outside.

The summer house is located in a quiet cottage area with public areas for football, boule and tennis. It is about a five-minute walk (500 m) to Edsvik's sandy beach, where you will find jumping platforms, a large playground, green areas, mini golf course, ice cream and a simple restaurant. In the area there are wonderful marked walking paths that go through forests, on cliffs and along the sea. Within 15-20 minutes' walk there is another beach (Grönemad).

From the house, it is two km to the fishing village of Grebbestad, where you will find cozy shops, Grebbestadsbryggan, boats, many restaurants, bakery, ice cream, fish shop, two grocery stores and Systembolaget (where you can buy wine and beer). Just outside Grebbestad the largest sports shop in Scandinavia is located - Sportshoppen. They also have a restaurant and large play areas for the children.

Fjällbacka - approx. 20 min by car
Havstenssund - about 10 minutes by car
The nature reserve Tjurpannan with many hiking trails - approx. 10 min by car
Vitlycke museum with petroglyphs on the UNESCO world heritage list - approx. 10 min by car
Klemmings Ostron, which offers Oyster Safaris and diving etc. - 10 min walk
Boat trips (seal safari or excursion to the Weather Islands) with the fishing boat Donalda - departs from Grebbestad - 5 min by car
Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Smögen, Strömstad - you can reach them in 40-60 minutes by car. From Strömstad there are boat trips to the Koster Islands, among others.
You can reach Oslo and Gothenburg in 1.5-2 hours

The house is primarily rented out to families, couples etc. No parties in the house. Smoking not allowed.
The tenant leaves the home prepared, clean and tidy according to the cleaning checklist. Cleaning supplies are available. If you wish to buy cleaning help, it must be booked at the time of booking. Blankets and pillows are available. Bed linen and towels are not included. Parking for 4 cars is available on the plot.

For rent weekly Sunday - Sunday. Check-in from 16:00 and check-out no later than 11:00. Other requests can be discussed.
