Now you have the opportunity to rent our beloved “Äspis” and experience the Stockholm archipelago during the summer months.
Less than 1 hour from the city, you’ll find Äspholmen. The island has only 20 houses and is, of course, completely car-free.
Boating experience is required, as access to the island is by boat from the mainland (approx. 6–8 minutes).

• Large terrace with sun from morning to evening, including a built-in wood-fired hot tub

• Pets allowed (not in the small guest cottage)

The house is rented out weekly in May, June, July, August, and September.
Longer booking periods are preferred and qualify for a discount on the total price.
