The house located in scenic Sörbyn 35 km north of Boden. The house is a year-round accommodation, has three floors, and is surrounded by really nice nature. Here is the opportunity for skiing, both slalom and cross-country in winter, really good fishing in the råne river valley's various fishing waters all year round, as well as outdoor life, hiking to the forest, canoeing, etc. The house has a large plot of about 4000 sqm and is located on the outskirts of the village.
There are also illuminated trails, viewpoints, beach (summertime), football field, exciting activities arranged in Sörbyn and the neighboring village Gunnarsbyn etc.
The house has all the basic amenities you could possibly need for a wonderful and comfortable stay all year round.
3 kayaks are available to borrow. A car may be borrowed on request.
