Newly built summerhouse in Torekov

The house is built as a summer house with a permanent standard in 2020. The plot is large and flat with a lawn and to the west is a large terrace of 120 sqm.

The house has 5 rooms and a kitchen, a bathroom and a WC/laundry room. Three of the rooms are furnished as bedrooms and a fourth room has a built-in loft bed, sofa bed (140 cm) and TV. The kitchen and living room are open with a kitchen island, daybed and exit to the large balcony. Two of the other rooms also have doors to the terrace.

The house is located on Torekov's meadows between Torekov Hotel and the village. The hotel is within walking distance and there is a good restaurant, bar, pool and SPA there. In about 5 minutes by bike you can reach the village center with more restaurants, Morgonbryggan, harbour, beach, Parkis, bakery etc. There are also boats from the harbor that will take you to the beatyfull Halland's Väderö.

In Torekov there are, among other things, very nice tennis courts, both gravel and hard court. There are 3 nice outdoor padel courts, (three more a short drive away), a magical golf course, fantastic trails and promenades along the sea. For the children there is a sailing school, tennis school, soccer school, golf school etc.
