Welcome to a front-row home by the sea!

The residence offers magical sea views from every window, with a terrace where you can watch boats pass along the fairway. You will be neighbors with a small, gently babbling stream. If you are lucky, you may spot white-throated dippers, trout, beavers, and pike in the stream.

The apartment was completely renovated from the ground up in 2020. The living room is spacious and airy and connects to a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a large stove, perfect for enjoyable cooking. All appliances are from 2020. From the bedroom, you can also enjoy sea views and watch the boats go by. The bed is king-size (180 cm). Underfloor heating runs throughout the apartment, and there is a fireplace where you can light birchwood logs. The bathroom is new and features a WC and shower. A 65-inch TV, fiber internet (100 Mbps down / 100 Mbps up), and a TV package from Telia are included. Two parking spaces are provided.

There is a wood-fired sauna with a bathing jetty. A boat berth may be arranged. Kayak rental is included.

Nature reserve Velamsund is nearby, offering hiking along the Boo Trail and the Värmdö Trail. Several swimming lakes are close by. Not far away are the spa hotels Yasuragi and Skepparholmen. From there, you can board a Waxholms ferry that takes you either further out into the archipelago or into the city. The boat trip to the city takes about 30 minutes. A bus stop is within a 5-minute walk, and the bus ride to Slussen/Stockholm city takes approximately 35 minutes. The apartment is rented on a monthly basis only.

We primarily welcome non-smoking couples without children or pets. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped.
