Newly built fisherman´s cottage

At the far end of Rörviksvägen in a protected location with a sea view of the Byfjord 100 meters from the beach and bathing jetty, is this newly built Bohuslän "single house" built in the 19th century style but with a modern standard. There is also a playground.
The cottage has two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, living room and toilet / shower with washing machine. Large terrace with sea views to the south. Unique wood-fired free-standing sauna with the Bohuslän bedrock as an inner wall.
The extra bed is an air-filled mattress that is placed in the master bedroom where there is plenty of floor space.
Here in the heart of Bohuslän you are close to Smögen, Hamburgsund, Fjällbacka and Gothenburg etc.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but bring sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. (The double beds have a full bed mattress. Cleaning is not included.)
