U betaalt voor deze accommodatie per bank of creditcard als u uw reservering maakt. De huur wordt echter pas aan de verhuurder uitbetaald als u heeft uitgecheckt. Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

The cottage is located in the most popular resort area, bomstad, just 500 meters from the bomstadsbaden and 3000 meters from First Camp Skutberget, which has the best beaches and various entertainment and leisure facilities. The cottage is close to everything, forests, water, beaches, entertainment, shopping center, except noise. The tranquility here will relax you completely, only songs of birds will wake you up in the morning. At night, the sound of insects in the forest will accompany you to sleep. There will be a touch of pine in the timber cottage, and there are various flowers and plants outside to stimulate your sense of smell. Welcome to my dream place and hopefully yours too!

One of the most important right in Sweden is called "The freedom to roam, or everyman's right", or "Allemansrätten" in Swedish. It is the general public's right to access certain public or privately owned land, lakes, and rivers for recreation and exercise. It is also important to pay respect to the enviroment, people, and animals in the area you visit.

As our guests, you accept the following rules.

1. It is not allowed to make big noise or play loud music in the area. You must keep quiet between 23:00 and 7:00 and pay respect to other guest and the neibours.

2. Except the cottage, all other spaces are shared with other possible guests or even the host. There are two cottages for renting in this address. If you want to use the area exclusively, please book both cottages.

3. The guests can use the jacuzzi free for one hour for each paid night. You have to pay for overtime with 300sek/hour.

4. There is not dish washer in the location, please wash your own dishes and other things you used.

5. If you are using the charcoal grill, please bring your own charcoal, or buy it from the host, and please clean the grill after use. If using wood grills, first check to see if the community has a ban on grilling. Wood grills can only be used if there is no ban. Please bring your own wood or buy it from the host, and put out the fire after the grilling.

6. Smoking is forbiden in the area and pets are allowed in this cottage.

I have two cottages at the same place, you can rent just one or both. The price for one is SEK 980 per day and SEK 5800 per week. Facilities other than the cottage itself may be shared with other guests. The price for renting two cottages is SEK 1680 per day and SEK 9880 per week. All the facilities are exclusive to you (except for the jacuzzi, which the host may use)
