Stockholm's nearest archipelago island - a car-free, peaceful, green, idyllic island only 20 minutes from central Stockholm.

- A SL ferry also operates to and from the island (SL card is valid) to/from Ropsten, departing about once an hour and taking about 15 minutes. From Ropsten, you can reach Central Stockholm by subway or bus in ten minutes.
- From May to October, the island can also be reached with pool rowboats from Stocksund. It is about 80 meters to row and takes a maximum of five minutes. Tenants get access to the pool rowboats with a four-digit code that we provide them. It is about a 15-minute walk from the parking on the mainland to the house on Tranholmen.
- The house is situated on one of Tranholmen's highest points, which offers lake views in several directions.
- The house has a ground floor and a loft. Total living area about 85 sqm. On the loft, there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a smaller room with a bed that is 120x190. The property also includes a guest cottage (about 14 sqm) with bunk beds. Total number of beds: 6. An extra bed is available.
- Two large terraces, one with morning and one with evening sun. Both terraces have electric awnings. Size of terraces: both about 20 sqm.
- Size of the plot: 1235 sqm.
- Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, modern stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.
- On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower cabin, washing machine, sink, changing table, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there is a toilet with a sink. Municipal water.
- The garden has a large trampoline (4x3 meters).
- Pets are allowed.
- There is no grocery store on Tranholmen, so shopping is done at Coop in Norra Djurgårdsstaden or at Lidl or Ica in Stocksund.
- On Tranholmen, there is a playground, two small sandy beaches, and several public docks from where you can swim and fish.
- Stairs lead up to the house from the path, so tenants need to be willing to do a bit of everyday exercise :)
