Wake up to the sea just outside your door and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the charming little harbour at Styrsö Tången.

Our carefully renovated archipelago house is situated just a few metres from the waterfront, in the heart of the historic fishing village on the island of Styrsö in Gothenburg’s southern archipelago.

Here you’ll be within a few minutes’ walk of swimming spots, smooth granite cliffs, scenic walking trails, restaurants, and the ferries that connect the islands of the archipelago.

The house is perfect for up to five guests who want to experience the authentic West Coast in peace and quiet.

The house offers:

• 124 sqm over two floors
• Three bedrooms for up to five guests

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Glass-enclosed veranda with sea views
• Two large balconies
• Several outdoor seating areas with sun from morning to evening

From the house, it is easy to explore the nearby islands of Brännö, Vrångö, Donsö, and Köpstadsö, or take the ferry into central Gothenburg for a day trip.

Styrsö is a car-free island where life moves at a slower pace and nature is always close by. Stroll between charming white wooden houses, sheltered swimming coves and smooth granite cliffs, enjoy dinner by the harbour, or hop on a ferry to explore the neighbouring islands.

The island offers grocery stores, seasonal cafés and restaurants, and is easy to reach from central Gothenburg by tram to Saltholmen, followed by ferry 282 to Styrsö.

We rent out our house for periods of 7–14 days; we do not offer long-term rentals or weekend-only stays.
From September 1 to June 25, the price is 19,000 SEK per week (with an additional cost of 2,928 SEK per day if you wish to extend your stay). From June 26 to August 31, the price is 23,000 SEK per week (or 3,285 SEK per day if you wish to extend your stay).

Fantastisk hus og beliggenhet. Vwldig hjelpsom vertinne. Soverommet i kjelleren er litt fuktig og ikke tilgjengelig inne fra huset (må gå ut for å komme dit), noe som var litt upraktisk for oss. Bortsett fra det helt topp sted!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i detta hus! Så vackert och smakfullt inrett. Omgivningen och ön är lugn men du har tillgång till allt du kan önska. Vi fick en trevlig guide av värdparet skickat till oss med all info och mer därtill som behövdes för att göra vår semester till en mycket lyckad upplevelse .
