Unwind at this stunning Swedish beachfront property. The two cottages have large social areas inside, but you will also have large terraces to enjoy the sunset.

Here you will enjoy the Swedish summer as it should be. In this secluded dreamy property the sea is literally at your feet and whether you like a sandy beach or hanging out at the docks, your needs will be fulfilled.

The property is 10 000 square meters large (1 ha) and has a 100 meter shoreline including a small secluded sand-beach and a large dock. The property consists of two houses and it is possible to rent either one or both. This ad refers to the upper house. You can find the advertisement for renting both houses at the bottom of the page. If you only rent one house, you share the jetty and beach with eventual residents in the other house.

The upper house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160cm bed, the second has two single beds while the third has a bunk bed. The house has a living room with a view of the terrace and the water below. The living room has two couches, a coffee-table, a television and a cozy fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped (except for a dishwasher) and also has a dining table. The upper house also has a bathroom with toilet and shower. Around the house, there is a large patio with a dining table and a grill. The upper house also has a washing machine and WiFi.

The island which the property is on is called Orrön and is located in the Stockholm archipelago. The island is one of the most outer islands in the archipelago and is right next door to the Nämdö National Park which is planned to open in 2025.

You can get to Orrön either by your own boat or by ferry services from Stavsnäs or Saltsjöbaden, both which are easy to get to from Stockholm city by either car or bus. The neighbouring island Nämdö (approximately 10-15 min by motorboat) has a grocery shop, restaurant and gas station. The online grocery store Mathem can also deliver food all the way to the dock, which is a much appreciated service.

The birdlife in the area is rich and it is not uncommon to see the mighty sea eagle. If you are lucky, you can also see one of the area's gray seals. If you like fishing there is plenty of pike and perch in the waters.

Vi hyrde av Fredrik i Augusti 2023. Vi bode i övre huset med fantastisk utsikt över lilla fjorden. Vi älskade naturen och känslan man fàr när man är där. Huset är super mysigt och det fins allt man behöver. Det är fullt med leksaker och andra roliga spel. Vi uppskattade speciellt att vi fick använda Optimisterna och Segelbàten. Enklast är det att ta sig dit med egen bàt. Vi hade en 8m làng motorbot som passade fint i bryggan. Kommunikationen var supersnabb och vi fick bra hjälp pà allt vi bad om. Hàll utkick efter fästingar, det fins det verkligen mànga utav. Allt som allt ett topp ställe. En riktig skärdgàrdsdröm. Tack för allt!!

Vår familj (två vuxna och två barn, 3 och 1 år gamla) hade en fantastisk vistelse i fastigheten på Orrön i mitten av juni. Vi bodde i den mindre stugan med vacker utsikt över vattnet. Strandtomten var helt underbar.    Stugan hade allt vi behövde för att semestern skulle kännas bekväm. Det var mycket välstädat och köket alldeles nyrenoverat när vi kom. Vi uppskattade särskilt att det nu fanns en diskmaskin! Vi hyrde också motorbåten under vår vistelse, något vi skulle rekommendera andra att också göra. Inte minst för att lätt kunna handla i mataffären i Sandvik på Nämndö. Utbudet i mataffären var också långt bättre än våra förväntningar.   Mycket bra information och snabba svar på frågor från Fredrik inför vår vistelse. Johan gav oss ett mycket varmt välkomnande på plats och visade oss allt vi behövde veta, inklusive lekstugan och de leksaker och spel som fanns för alla åldersgrupper. Vi var verkligen supernöjda och hoppas kunna hyra igen nästa sommar!   /Aleksander
