Ski in & out with sauna, fireplace & mountain view

Welcome to our quiet mountain paradise of 66 square meters in the middle of the hill in Tegefjäll, with a ski slope just outside the building in a child-friendly, quiet area.

With us, freshly made beds, bath towels and departure cleaning are included in the rent, shampoo, conditioner, detergent and consumables are also included!

8+2 people live here comfortably with 3 spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove, large balcony and miles-long view towards Åre & Renfjället. Large bathroom with sauna. Private ski storage room with lock outside our entrance.

PRICE season 2023/2024 INCLUDING final cleaning, sheets and bath towels:

AUTUMN until v.48 = SEK 6,000/week
WINTER low season SEK 11,000 (v.49, 50, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 15, 16, 17)
WINTER high season SEK 18,000 (v.8).
All other weeks we are there ourselves :-)

Exchange day Sundays unless otherwise agreed, low season weeks we are flexible.

PLEASE NOTE that cleaning as well as sheets (made up and ready!) and towels are included for everyone in your party! Max 10 people, including 2 children.

We wish to rent to families and groups who want to enjoy the mountains all year round and who want to return to us year after year!

Private parking space is included during the stay.

A little more about the accommodation:

Our apartment is at the top of the building with its own entrance. Good storage and adapted for skiers. Sauna and wood stove. Drying cabinet. Washing machine and dryer. High standard and very well equipped kitchen. Moccamaster coffee maker. TV with built-in Chromecast. WiFi. High chair if desired. Consumables such as spices, cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, soap, etc. are included. Wine glasses, champagne glasses and a large number of basic porcelain are available.

2 double beds with spring bases 160x200 cm, 1 continental double bed 150x200, 2 bunk beds with real spring bases 90x200, and 2 sleeping lofts for the smaller guests, 90x175 and 80x180 cm respectively.

ATTENTION! Upon your arrival, the beds are freshly made with eco-certified bed textiles, and bath sheets and towels are included. Feel free to take the train to Åre/Duved, travel light and enjoy being able to lie down in freshly made beds when you arrive!

Unfortunately, due to allergies in our family, pets are not allowed.

We welcome families with children and well-behaved groups over the age of 25, out of consideration for our neighbors, parties in the apartment are not allowed and care is a matter of course as our apartment is equipped with fine furniture and private belongings as we live there ourselves so often we have the opportunity. Smoking is prohibited.

Tegefjäll is the quiet part of Åre and adapted for families and those who want peace and quiet. Magically good skiing and fine mountain trails are outside the door. Free ski bus with Skistar within the entire Åre ski system if you have a lift pass.

Throughout the year, there are lots of nice excursion destinations in Årefjällen, Ristafallet, Tännforsen, swimming in Åresjön, trail running, kayaking, fishing, padel, zipline, yoga, etc.
