Cosy cottage with seaview and your own boat

Welcome to our cozy cottage with a view of Davidstorpasjön. A wonderful place for you who like fishing or just want to enjoy life. The cottage is located about 50 meters from the lake where there is a boat to borrow and a barbecue area with table. At the pier there is also a simpler bathing place. You can also rent a kayak during your stay.

If you wish, you can use the charging station for electric car at selfcost price (shared with host)

Just outside the cottage passes the Höglandsleden which offers walks in genuine Småland nature. With our cottage as a starting point, you can, for example, visit Tomtabacken with a mile-wide view of the Småland highlands and the old mill in Vikskvarn.

We have bicycles (for children and adults) to lend for wonderful trips to nearby bathing places etc. Feel free to bring your mountain bike, for example you can cycle "Davidstorpasjön" with varied gravel, forest road and paths.

At close range there are also great opportunities to pick berries and mushrooms according to the season.

on our small farm we grow for housing needs. We have bees, chickens and cows grazing out on the meadows in summertime. It is possible to buy eggs and honey according to the season.

The accommodation
Cozy cottage of about 70 sqm with glazed terrace and lake views.
The living room has a spacious corner sofa, TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with i.a. crockery, coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave and electric whisk. There is also a dining table with seating for 4 people and a dishwasher. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (which can be pulled apart into two single beds) and a child bed. in the other room there are two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine.We also have mobile WIFI and chromecast for TV.
In the garden there is outdoor furniture and a simple barbecue.

* The cottage consists of two floors and has a steep staircase up to the second floor.
* There is an electric fence nearby our cottage. (marked)
* With regard to allergies, we do not allow you to bring your pets to the cottage.
* Smoking is not allowed in the cottage
* During the crayfish period 1-15 August, is the fishing limited to the pier and the area around our farm
