## The House

Built in 2020, the house offers all the modern comforts you could wish for.

* One bedroom with stunning sea views

* Two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds

* Fully tiled bathroom

* Relaxing sauna

* Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and generous workspace

Outside you'll find:

* Two large wooden decks with sunshine from sunrise to sunset

* An outdoor bar with running water, perfect for gathering with family and friends

* A private deck connected to the guest house for added privacy

* A terrace pool that both children and adults will enjoy

## Guest House

A separate guest house provides additional sleeping space. Together, the two houses accommodate 8–10 guests.

Rates vary depending on the season, day of the week, and number of guests. Please contact us for pricing.

## The Area

Just 200 metres from the house is a small beach where you can enjoy the evening sun until sunset.

We also offer:

* 2 stand-up paddle boards for rent (please contact us if interested)

* 3 bicycles for guests to borrow, making it easy to explore Nordingrå in an environmentally friendly way

Bed linen and towels are included.

Nearby Amenities

In Nordingråvallen, just 7 km away, you'll find a grocery store, hardware store, flower shop, church, and a pizzeria. Several excellent restaurants are also within easy reach, including 1923 Deli and Gårdsbutiken in Själand (open during the summer season).
