Lovely holiday home in Kovik, close to the sea

The cottage is situated a few hundred metres from the sea; there are several great swimming spots nearby, as well as beautiful walking areas along the coast. It sits on a large, airy plot shared with one other well-separated house. There are good restaurants in Västergarn, Tofta, and Klintehamn, all accessible via bicycle paths. Sweden’s top-ranked golf course, Visby GK/Kronholmen, is located 7km away. Klintehamn (3km away) offers a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and more. Close to a bus stop with good connections to Visby. Private parking on the property.
The cottage was fully renovated in 2021 and features a kitchen and a living room with a sleeping alcove. The alcove contains two beds, while the living room has a sofa bed sleeping two (80x200 cm). The living room opens onto a patio equipped with a barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a dining area for four people. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms. An additional shower is available in a separate building adjacent to the cottage.
At the front, there is a spacious deck—partially covered—perfect for dining, reading, sunbathing, working out, or simply hanging out.

Björkhaga (800 mts) – sandy beach with shallow water, restaurant, and pool.
Kovik (800 mts) – small, cozy sandy beach, beautiful surroundings (the sunsets are magical), and abundant birdlife.
Västergarn (4km) – sandy beach and a pier you can jump from.
Tofta Beach (11km) – one of Sweden’s finest sandy beaches.
GOLF
Sweden’s highest-ranked golf course, Kronholmen/Visby GK, is just a few minutes’ drive away. 18+9 holes.
Within a short distance of the cottage, you will also find courses such as Gumbalde GK, När GK, and Gotska GK.

Vi hade en härlig vistelse. Allt var toppen, lugnt och ordentlig trädgård för barnen att leka i. Fick till och med hjälp med spjälsäng till vår minsta.

Väldigt trevlig stuga nära havet och barnvänlig strand. Härlig veranda med sol i stort sett hela dagen. Passar perfekt för familj på 4. Ligger mysigt åtskilljt i skogsmiljö. Vi saknade ingenting.
