Go down and take a dip at the shared sandy beach, equally wonderful regardless of the season.
Enjoy endless walking paths or a quiet moment on the veranda.
Cycle paths and ski slopes, most things are within reach here. Enjoy a warm SPA bath in winter or a cool one in the summer heat.
Here you get accommodation close to everything but at the same time secluded.

The property consists of three houses.

THE LARGE COTTAGE (40 sq m):

This is the main house and the building that has existed the longest, built in the 60s.
Here is the kitchen, with preserved charm and a focus on simplicity and function. Fridge/freezer, sink for washing up by hand, we have not installed a dishwasher - otherwise fully equipped for cooking.

The sofa can be made out and has space for 2 people, armchairs and TV (basic selection + Netflix).

Two small bedrooms. The rooms have comfortable 90 cm beds and storage.

NEWLY BUILT HOUSE (30 sqm):
In contrast to the 60s cottage, this house is modern in both style and comfort. The house was built in 2024 and has an ambition to blend in with the surrounding nature. From the bed, sofa or shower, it is close to the pine trees, the mountain, the sea and the sky.

Fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. Underfloor heating and towel dryer.

Studio - a large room with a combined living and sleeping area.
A double bed 180 cm (can be divided into two 90-cm beds).
The sofa can be made into a 140 cm wide bed.

GUEST CABIN (approx. 10 sq m):
This small guest cabin can accommodate overnight guests. The room can also be a good secluded workplace for those who prefer.

Forest plot with surrounding pines, firs and rock outcrops.
A path leads from the plot down to the beach and piers, approx. 200 meters.

Generous gravel parking on the plot.

NEARBY AREA & ACTIVITIES
Football pitch, boules and ping pong table are about 200 m away at the party site.

15 minutes to Norrtälje with cafes, shops, restaurants, culture, gym etc.

5 minutes to Vreta Handel (general store, pizzeria, petrol)

Nice excursion destinations: Gräddö, Lidö, Arholma, Saltkråkan (Norröra), Rödlöga etc.

15-30 minutes to ski slopes, golf course, horseback riding etc.

And as I said - a two-minute walk to the sea via a forest path. There is a shared sandy beach and piers to swim from.

DIRECTIONS
Drive E18 towards Norrtälje. Turn off towards Kapellskär, drive 8 km and turn off towards Björknäs/Vreta handel. Follow Stora Björknäsvägen for 5 km, turn left towards Sollarö/Björnö. After 1 km, turn into Björnösund Södra. Take the last left down a small gravel road, follow the sign "12a". Welcome!
