Beautiful mansion wing located in the middle of a Värmland sculpture and flower park with its fantastic play areas for children. Rottneros park is located by Lake Fryken, near Ski Sunne, Mårbacka, Alma Löv Museum, Sunne Sommarland and a short walk from Västanå theater and Sunne golf club. Proximity to wonderful nature, swimming, hiking, canoe rental, mushroom picking, hiking trails, Selma Lagerlöfs Mårbacka, Västanå theatre, Alma Löf Museum, bowling, padel, mini golf, Selma Spa etc.
The house forms the Cavalier Wing in Selma Lagerlöf's (first female winner of the Nobel Price of literature in 1909) classic Gösta Berling's saga.
Ground floor:
• Hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room. Sauna in the basement.
Second floor:
• Bedroom 1 has a single bed, a 150 cm wide double bed and ensuite bathroom (WC and shower).
• Bedroom 2 has a 150 cm double bed and ensuite bathroom (WC and shower).
• Bedroom 3 has two single beds, balcony and ensuite bathroom (shower in bath and WC).
• Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed.
Third floor:
• Bedroom 5 has three single beds and ensuite bathroom (WC and shower).
• Bedroom 6 has three single beds and ensuite bathroom (WC and shower).
Terrace (next to the living room):
• Outdoor furniture and barbecue (bring charcoal)
