Årån sparkles below the house and terrace - the water is an ever-present experience both indoors and outdoors. And with a two-story terrace deck, directly adjacent to the water, there are unique opportunities for nature experiences, but still with maintained convenience. Comfortable parking in the carport. Bathing place Furen a few kilometers away and Smålands Hawaii a little further away in southern Furen. Limited to a maximum of two adults and a maximum of two children (12< years<17 years).

The garden was designed by a landscape architect and is approximately 800m2. It contains shape-cut trees, shrubs and flowers that beautifully surround the plot. Exceptionally fine fishing in nearby Furen, which is easily reached by boat, especially pike perch is abundant. As with all fishing in Sweden, local regulations must be followed and necessary licenses must be obtained (e.g. fishing license) and this is always the individual fisherman's responsibility. Please note that fishing in Årån is not permitted from a boat. However, fishing from the property is permitted. Lake Flåren is also within reach.

Air heat pump with air conditioning and electric elements means that the capacity for heating, but also for cooling, is more than sufficient if needed. Two fireplaces, one of which is in the kitchen.

This place should really be experienced and is now being rented out to the right person(s)! The proximity to water (= 0 m) makes the property unsuitable for small children.

Please note that the cottage is rented to a maximum of two adults at a time (a maximum of two own children are allowed). A deposit of up to 2500 SEK or 250 EUR may be charged, especially for new guests.
