Waxholm boat 2.5 hours from Stockholm City. There is a grocery store, gas station, and restaurant on the island.
Private dock with sailboat depth and swimming ladder.
Two residential buildings on the property 40 + 20 sqm. One main building with hot and cold water, washing machine + freezer in the basement. A third separate building with shower. Excellent WIFI (better than in the city), TV, fireplace in the living room (for candles only), simply furnished, no modern luxuries but the necessities are available. Small rowboat at the dock. Ride-on lawn mower with trailer. Life jackets, hammocks, etc. can all be borrowed as long as everything is returned in the same condition. Large private plot with forest, rocks, and apple orchard.

The white house:
Bedroom with bunk bed sleeping for 2 people (2x80). Living room with sleeping space for 1 teenager and 1 child (folding bed and small two-seat sofa).
In Oscar, the 15 sqm guest cabin, there is a built-in double bunk bed (2x140) sleeping for 4. Large panoramic window facing the sea.
Outdoor furniture, cushions, blankets, parasols, grill, etc.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning, lawn mowing, and emptying the latrine (incinerating toilet).
Rented weekly: 11,500 SEK/week.
