Swedish summer dream house close to the sea

Our beautiful house from 1910 is located close to the sea, cafe/rastaurant and tennis courts. Cycling distance to Vaxholm & 30 min to Sthlm. The house is newly renovated in period style, with all modern amenities; 4 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms. Large kitchen with dining area & access to the terrace, glass veranda with views of the garden, Resarö Pavilion and a glimpse of the sea and boats. Large garden with apple trees, patios, playhouse, trampoline, barbecue etc. Everything for the perfect holiday home with family and friends.

1 bedroom with a king size bed, one bed room two single size beds in each part of the room, one bedroom with a smaller single size bed, and one small room on the ground floor with a sofa bed ("queen size"; 140cm wide). Crib (travel bed), high chairs, toys and bicycles are available.
2 bathrooms on each floor, both with toilet and shower and one with bathtub. The dining area on the glass veranda can accommodate 8 people.

"Bathrobe distance" to the sea, cycling distance to Vaxholm with restaurants and cafes, 10 minutes walk to the Ica store and bus stop. Outside the gate is Resarö Paviljong which in the summer is a cafe/restaurant/yoga studio. The tennis court 100m away is bookable.

Our cats Torsten and Börje live in the house, they come and go via a cat flap but need your help to give them food and a little cuddles. They are child-friendly and kind.
