Långasand is a popular area featuring a 1 km long, child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water.
The cottage is centrally located, surrounded by the sea, beach, forest, and meadows. Recreational activities—such as tennis, soccer, boules, an outdoor gym, and a playground—are available right nearby.
There is a restaurant 300 meters from the cottage, and 1.5 km away you will find Ugglarp Camping, which offers mini-golf and a restaurant (open during the summer season).
Its proximity to Falkenberg, Halmstad, and Ullared makes this an ideal place to stay.
The cottage features a spacious living room with a fireplace, combined with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove/oven, and dishwasher. There is a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with bunk beds—plus an additional set of bunk beds in a partitioned section of the living area. A cot and high chair are available.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for 100 SEK per person.
Cleaning is not included but can be purchased as an add-on service.

There are three sunny outdoor seating areas equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The house is available for rent by the weekend, the month, or for longer periods.
