The House:
- Located in Skummeslövsstrand, the house is 114 sqm and of high standard. Fully renovated inside in 2018, with a new wooden façade and spacious deck completed in spring 2019. There are two living rooms:
- One with a cozy large sofa and two armchairs facing the fireplace
- The other is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table/chairs, and a social area with sofa and armchair
- Fresh bathroom with shower, plus laundry room with washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed and single bed (3 beds)
- Bedroom 2: double bed and crib (2+1 beds)
- Living room: sofa bed and daybed (2-3 beds)
Additional air mattresses available if needed
The guest cottage is about 8 sqm and fits a bed plus a sofa bed (2–3 sleeping spots). A perfect hangout for the kids!
Garden & Outdoor Space:
- The 800 sqm garden features a lawn with lush surroundings. Enjoy a large trampoline and swing. On the spacious deck: outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and grill — perfect for summer evenings.
Getting Here:
- Train to Båstad Station, 3 km from the house
- By car: E6 exit 40 toward Skottorp/Skummeslövsstrand
- GPS works well (Allarpsvägen 29)
Good to Know:
- Guests bring their own bed linen and towels
- Final cleaning fee: 90 Euro (1000 SEK)
- Bikes available: 3 adult and 2 children (ages 3–9)
