Cosy cottage near beach & railway station Båstad

A cosy little cottage in Hemmeslöv.

The beach is only a few minutes away on foot or by bicycle. The charming town of Båstad, with its marina, shops, restaurants and entertainment, is just a short bike ride away. With Halmstad, Höganäs and, above all, the entire Bjäre within easy reach, there is plenty to see and do when you want a break from the beach. Båstad’s new railway station is approximately 1 km away, making the cottage easily accessible for guests arriving by train.

The cottage has a lovely patio, partly covered, and a small garden facing a green area. It is situated next to our main house, but the two properties are completely screened from one another and have separate gardens.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine.

There is a built-in 160 cm double bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in a 120 cm bunk bed, in the loft or on the sofa bed.

Wi-Fi is available, although the connection can occasionally be unstable.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Weekly changeovers take place on Saturdays.

Guests are responsible for the final cleaning and must bring their own bed linen and towels.

Rental rates:

23 May–19 September 2026: SEK 7,500 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

19 September 2026–22 May 2027: SEK 5,500 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

22 May–10 July 2027: SEK 8,000 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

10 July–24 July 2027: SEK 12,500 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

24 July–18 September 2027: SEK 8,000 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

18 September–25 December 2027: SEK 5,750 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.
