Nice little croft with high, quiet & sunny locatio

The croft is located high in a quiet and scenic area.
Walking distance to Dämstasjön and the village bath with sauna and barbecue.
There is a small boat, canoe and kayak to borrow at the lake.
There are plenty of nice berry fields and good fishing waters in the area.
In a nearby lake, trout, char and rainbow trout are stocked annually.

The house was built in 1935 and has been largely preserved.
It is a friendly house, bright with lots of windows and simple, but has the most important things such as internet, TV, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Downstairs there is a kitchen with space for four (table with pull-out top) and dishwasher.
Living room with a single sofa, armchair, TV with Google Chromecast and wireless internet.
Bathroom with shower and combined washing machine/tumble dryer.

Upstairs there are two rooms.
One is a large office with a desk and a 120 cm bed, the other is a large bedroom with a double bed (170 cm). Plenty of space for clothes.
Large terrace with outdoor furniture. Barbecue.

Here you live with sheep in the pastures and two cats. If you want, you can let the cats in, but it is not a must, they can go in and out of the basement of the house as they please.
The house is located after a small private road, with very little traffic and has a hedge as privacy.

Low season SEK 600/night.
High season SEK 700/night..
The prices apply to three people, SEK 200 extra per night/extra bed.
If you want to rent bed linen and towels, the costs is SEK 150/person.
Electricity is added if you charge an electric car.

House Rules:
Pets are not allowed (however, the house is not allergy-free).
Smoking is not permitted.
The accommodation is not rented out as a party venue, but as holiday accommodation (or work accommodation).
No fireworks are allowed.

Directions:
The property is located in Ångermanland on the central northern coast, approx. 85 km from Örnsköldsvik and 140 km above Sundsvall. The nearest community is Nyland, the nearest cities are Sollefteå and Kramfors.
Höga Kusten Airport (airport) is about 20 minutes away. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged.

SEK 1,000 / night for six beds, SEK 200 extra per night/extra bed.
If you want to rent bedlinens and towels it cost 150 SEK/person.
In wintertime we have to charge for gasol.

The rent includes fishing in public waters.
In two of the lakes of the area, trout, char and rainbow are planted annually. Cost 80 SEK/day, maximum three fishes/day.

En rustik och opolerad pärla till stuga mitt i hjärtat av den norrländska skogen. Perfekt för den som söker den enkla stillheten i naturen och närheten till vattnet. Definitivt ett måste för den fiske- och naturälskande semesterfiraren. Vi har bokat stugan för semester både med barnen och utan dem. Vår yngsta på 6 år har trivts jättebra med de oändliga möjligheter som naturen erbjuder för lek och utforskande likväl som vår 13-åriga fiskeentusiast som utan problem kunde vara ute och fiska hela dagarna från disig gryning till stjärnklar kväll. Här kan du ta ditt morgonkaffe, kliva rakt ut från sovrummet och kasta i ett metspö och bara njuta av soluppgången över sjön. Rekommenderas definitivt för den som drömmer om en naturnära avskalad upplevelse av stillhet och avkoppling.
